BTE Technologies, Inc. to present with Harley-Davidson Motor Company at the DMEC Conference in Portland Oregon.

Connie Miller, Vice President of Business Development at BTE Technologies, Inc. (BTE) will be joined by Sue Gartner, Corporate Manager Health and Wellness and Caroline O’Connell, Occupational Health and Safety Lead; both from the Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

The session titled “Harley-Davidson Innovation: Beyond the World’s Best Motorcycles” will explore the innovative and collaborative program between Harley-Davidson Motor Company and BTE. The session will focus on hiring, managing disability and return to work through the use of functional demands technology. These programs have had an impact on both cost and overall health and safety.

The session goals will be to assist program attendees in understanding best practices in the use of functional demands technology for employer programs, learn about how Harley-Davidson implemented their business case to embark on this type of programming and for the attendees to be able to evaluate the impact that this type of program could have on their own business.
