BTE’s Post Offer of Employment Testing (POET) reduces injuries by utilizing the most sophisticated technology and most defensible process on the market for measuring dynamic work and an individual’s ability to functionally perform that work. Our Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) is conducted onsite in the employer location, collecting real-time measures during dynamic work using our proprietary Onsite Evaluation Tools and Process.
